The very heart of A Casa Fox, the tasty dish that first launched our company, is our gourmet bite-sized empanadas. A modern twist on a classic Central American food, our mini empanadas are made with light, flaky pastry surrounding succulent fillings that range from the traditional – ground beef and tomatoes – to the more modern – Portabello and smoked Gouda.

Our empanadas are best enjoyed with one of our dipping sauces and are perfect for any occasion, from cocktail parties to a light dinner at home after work. Better still, they can be stored in the freezer for up to 10 weeks. Simply pop then in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 F and they’re ready to enjoy!
